Admin Assistant
We are looking for a responsible Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Assistant include providing support to the managers and employees assisting in daily office needs and managing our companys general administrative activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the unit.
- Carries out administrative duties such as but not limited to filing typing copying binding scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone email and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization
- Answers phone calls schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any course
