This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from webinar attendees and potential clients
Collect and input lead information into the Radius CRM system
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria
Set appointments or transfer calls to educational finance experts
Manage potential call overflow during peak webinar times
Assist with administrative tasks during nonpeak hours
Requirements:
Excellent phone communication skills with a neutral accent
Experience with CRM systems preferably Radius CRM
Basic understanding of lead qualification processes
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings
Strong multitasking abilities to handle varying call volumes
Familiarity with webinar platforms is a plus
