This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 24 hours per week
  • Tuesday Thursday Friday 8am to 5pm Phoneix AZ (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila Time)
  • With 1 hour unpaid break
  • Commissions will be available for hitting targets

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Outreach: Conduct cold calls to potential clients introducing them to AOI Cleaning Services and the value we provide.
  • Client Engagement: Build rapport with prospective clients through meaningful conversations identifying their cleaning needs and generating interest in our services.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads ensuring a smooth transition for further discussions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls client interactions and appointment details in the CRM system.
  • FollowUp: Proactively follow up with potential clients via phone or email to confirm appointments and answer preliminary questions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies goals and messaging.
  • Performance Goals: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointmentsetting targets contributing to the company s overall growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing cold calling or appointment setting is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
  • Customer Service: Strong ability to handle objections empathize with clients and build trust.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules followups and maintain accurate records efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • SelfMotivation: A proactive attitude ability to work independently and drive to meet or exceed targets.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours accommodating the schedules of prospective clients.
