About the Role:
As our B2B Outreach Specialist youll be the critical first point of contact for potential clients setting the stage for our sales teams success. Youll leverage your communication skills and strategic thinking to identify engage and qualify promising business leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage potential B2B clients through targeted phone outreach
- Utilize our advanced dialer system to maximize connection rates
- Conduct thorough initial prospect qualification
- Schedule highquality appointments that align with our sales teams ideal client profile
- Maintain meticulous records in our CRM system
- Provide valuable insights to the sales team based on prospect interactions
- Effectively handle objections and communicate our value proposition
- Stay current with our product offerings and market dynamics
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Previous telemarketing or B2B outreach experience preferred
- Proficient in CRM software and digital communication tools
- Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities
