Requirements
- 4 years of experience in telesales or appointment setting
- Proven track record of excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a remote work environment showcasing selfmotivation and discipline
- Exceptional persuasion and negotiation skills with a talent for turning objections into opportunities
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and other sales software to manage leads effectively
- Resilient and persistent attitude with the ability to maintain enthusiasm in the face of challenges
- Nativelevel fluency in English with clear articulate pronunciation
- Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule aligned with California time zone
