Job Description

Our Customer is looking for a Senior Project Leader who needs to work remotely anywhere in Poland.


  • Engagement with Surrounding Programs/Service Areas: As a Dependency Delivery Manager you will actively engage with external programs and service areas to ensure that business outcomes related to the CBP roadmap are achieved (e.g. Ncore releases offers and account migrations).
  • EndtoEnd Orchestration: You will oversee the orchestration of external deliveries ensuring that tracking scope risks and stakeholder management are effectively handled from start to finish.
  • Point of Contact for CBP: You will be the key focal point within CBP for the program/service area and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Building Relationships: Establish and maintain trustbased relationships with key stakeholders in other programs to support the successful implementation of CBP roadmap objectives.
  • Communication of CBP Roadmap: Explain the CBP roadmap timelines milestones and working methodologies to delivery partners helping them understand the impact on service areas.
  • Dependency Management: Collaborate closely with CBP blocks and service areas to identify and manage all necessary delivery dependencies across domains.
  • Aligning Delivery Plans: Ensure that delivery plans are aligned with external hubs technology teams and business requirements.
  • Monitoring Service Area Requests: Ensure other service areas adhere to CBP s funnel process and timelines for their requests.
  • Workforce Planning: Coordinate with domains to secure workforce planning and gain their commitment to deliver on upcoming PI milestones.
  • Budget Management: Support the Dependency Management Capability Owner in updating domain budget requirements and tracking budget targets.
  • Internal and External Alignment: Ensure alignment between internal and external teams keeping everyone on track with a common plan.
  • Regular Meetings: Conduct regular coordination meetings with other programs to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Escalation Management: Highlight conflicting priorities and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks ensuring they are captured in the CBP risk log.
  • Support for WorkManagement Tools: Ensure effective use of workmanagement tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence) and track dependency status.
  • Reporting: Provide fortnightly Dependency Management reports and ensure that escalations and dependency statuses are clearly communicated to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with Release Management: Support release deployment offer and migration plans and activities working closely with the Release Management and Implementation teams.

  • 10 years of experience in largescale transformation programs ideally in Core Banking or Financial Services.
  • 10 years of experience in delivery leadership roles.
  • Preferably 5 years of experience in delivery lifecycle roles.
  • Preferably 5 years of experience with Core Banking software such as Temenos or SAP.

  • Strong facilitation decisionmaking and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent problemsolving capabilities and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to coach mentor and foster collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
  • Skilled at managing and escalating risks dependencies and issues.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Ability to coordinate activities within large international and distributed teams.
  • Proficiency in planning longterm work (>1 year) across multiple areas.
  • Experience working with architects product managers product owners developers testers business stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Skilled in communicating complex topics and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization (in English).
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Adaptability and effectiveness in resolving ambiguity and navigating change.
