Role Senior Scrum Master
Seniority level Senior
Location Gdynia (PL)
Assignment period13 Jan 2025 TO31 Dec 2025
we are looking for Senior Scrum Master
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading Scrum team in SAFe setup
- Organize and drive Sprints ceremonies
- Assist Product Owners in backlog refinement prioritization and planning
- Work to maximize team productivity and remove any impediments that obstruct the Sprint goals
- Support Scrum Team members with the usage of collaboration tools e.g. JIRA Kendis MS Teams Confluence
Candidate should have:
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with distributed global teams
- At least 2 years of experience in Scrum Master in SAFe setup
- Good understanding the Agile mindset and values
- Fluency in spoken and written English language
- The knowledge about iterative and incremental development
- The knowledge about fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
- SAFe knowledge
