- Conduct highvolume outbound calls to property owners expertly navigating conversations to identify potential sellers
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and gauge interest in property sales
- Gather and meticulously document crucial information about properties creating a valuable database for the investment team
- Set up appointments for the real estate investor paving the way for successful property acquisitions
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly call targets continuously pushing performance boundaries
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions ensuring seamless followup processes
- Adapt communication style to effectively engage with diverse property owners
- Collaborate with the investment team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates
- Stay updated on local real estate trends and market conditions to enhance conversation quality
