Job Description
Are you a data storyteller with a knack for translating numbers into narratives People Partners is looking for a Business Insights Specialist who can harness the power of data to drive business growth and innovation. In this role you ll be part of our Projects and Quality team where every day you ll bring data to life guiding key business decisions and uncovering insights that shape our future. About the Role: As our Business Insights Specialist your mission is to empower stakeholders with actionable insights and datadriven stories that inform strategic choices. With Zoho Analytics as your main tool you ll dive into data identify trends and translate findings into compelling reports and dashboards. Your work will support leadership in making wellinformed impactful decisions based on structured reliable data.
Position Details:
- Location: Eastwood QC
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Shift: Dayshift (7am4pm)
- Analyze complex datasets in Zoho Analytics uncovering trends and creating clear insightful visualizations.
- Design and implement a structured measurement and reporting system that aligns with business goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deepen your understanding of our business processes and optimize management reporting systems
- Develop accurate and timely reports that support leadership and operations teams in strategic planning.
- Focus on analytics and documentation to ensure insights are accessible and decisionready for stakeholders
Requirements
- A balance of strong management skills and handson analytical expertise.
- An investigative mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful stories and business solutions.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- A passion for data and a commitment to providing leadership with accurate insightful and actionable information
- Proficiency in Zoho Analytics or similar analytics tools with the ability to create impactful reports
