Job Title: Sales Manager Home Loan & Loan Against Property (DSA Vertical)

Location: Kochi Kerala

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive business in the Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sectors under the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) vertical. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in HL and LAP products who thrives in a targetdriven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for Home Loans and LAP products through DSAs.
• Manage and develop strong relationships with DSAs ensuring a steady pipeline of leads.
• Conduct regular followups and sales presentations to close deals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
• Identify and acquire new clients to expand the customer base.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 25 years of experience in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
• Proven ability to generate sales from DSAs and achieve set targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
• Familiarity with the Kochi market and regional DSA networks will be a plus.

Compensation:
CTC up to 10 LPA (depending on experience and performance).

Note:
This is an individual contributor role and there will be no team reporting under this position.
