Job Description
Job Title: Branch Manager Loan Against Property (LAP)
Location: Lucknow Agra
CTC 17LPA
Reports To: Regional Manager / Area Head
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager LAP is responsible for driving business growth managing the LAP portfolio and overseeing branch operations. This role involves sales management customer service team leadership risk management and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Achieve LAP sales targets develop strategies to acquire new customers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Operations: Oversee loan processing ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead train and motivate the branch team to meet goals and deliver highquality service.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and minimize risks.
- Customer Service: Address customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5 years in retail banking with at least 2 years in a leadership role in LAP or similar lending products.
- Skills: Strong sales leadership communication and analytical skills.
