Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in IT recruitment a keen eye for identifying talent and a proactive approach to managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. As an HR Recruiter you will be responsible for endtoend recruitment specifically for creative roles ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage endtoend recruitment for creative roles including sourcing screening and coordinating interviews.
  • Develop and post job descriptions across various platforms including Naukri LinkedIn Indeed and other relevant job portals to attract suitable candidates.
  • Actively source candidates through job boards social media professional networks and referrals.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers ensuring a smooth process for candidates.
  • Provide feedback and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads especially in design teams to understand role requirements and desired skill sets.
  • Keep uptodate with industry hiring trends and best practices particularly within the UI/UX design field.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities using ATS tools like Zoho Recruit.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires ensuring they have a smooth and successful start.




Requirements

  • 13 years of proven experience in IT recruitment preferably within the IT industry or a UI/UX design company.
  • Must be wellversed with sourcing platforms such as Naukri LinkedIn and other job portals.
  • Proficiency in using ATS tools like Zoho Recruit or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
