Position: HR Manager / Senior Manager
Experience: 8 to 10 years

Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager/Senior Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Human Resources Industrial Relations (IR) and Safety/EHS (Environment Health and Safety). The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business goals ensuring a safe workplace and fostering a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities 1. HR ManagementDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals.
Manage recruitment onboarding performance management and talent development processes.
Oversee compensation payroll and benefits administration to ensure compliance and employee satisfaction.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Provide leadership in succession planning workforce planning and retention strategies.
Handle employee grievances maintain discipline and ensure harmonious labor relations.
Manage labor law compliance and address statutory requirements under applicable labor laws.
Liaise with labor unions government authorities and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
Develop and implement proactive IR strategies to avoid disputes and enhance workplace relations.
Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures to create a safe work environment.
Conduct periodic safety audits risk assessments and compliance checks.
Train employees on safety protocols emergency preparedness and EHS best practices.
Monitor workplace health and safety performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
4. Strategic HR Leadership
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Conduct regular HR analysis reports and recommendations for leadership review.
Ensure adherence to all HR processes and ethical practices while driving organizational growth.
Strong understanding of HR Industrial Relations (IR) and EHS/Safety Management.
Excellent leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Knowledge of labor laws compliance requirements and statutory regulations.
Proven ability to handle grievance resolution workplace safety and employee engagement effectively.
Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
8 to 10 years of experience in HR Management with exposure to IR and EHS/Safety.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
