You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob Purpose : We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Manager HR Tech Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the HR tech team and ensuring that all HR techrelated tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. The Manager HR Tech Team will report to the DGM and work closely with other managers and departments to maximize efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: o Oversee the HR tech team to ensure efficient execution of all HR techrelated tasks. o Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy. o Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues. Team Collaboration: o Manage the recruitment and selection process for the HR tech team. o Collaborate with other managers and departments to maximize efficiency. Performance and Communication: o Create strategies for meeting monthly quarterly and annual goals. o Communicate company updates and new information to teams. o Evaluate employees job performance. HR Technology Expertise: o Provide functional and technical expertise to HR leadership for system assessments selection design and implementation. o Act as the voice of the customer/employee to drive engagement at all stages of enterprise solutions. Innovation and Analysis: o Implement analysis of the current technology landscape detect gaps and recommend solutions. o Stay abreast of new HR technology and best practices identifying opportunities for enablement. Project Management: o Manage independently the enhancement and development of HR Tech projects. o Own the strategy to drive overall performance of the HR Tech Platform and services. Technical Requirements: o Develop functional specifications based on business requirements. o Quality assurance of delivery and production movement for configuration. o Experience with Core HR Comp Talent Recruiting Learning Benefits Absence Management & Time Tracking. Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Management of Information Systems or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 78 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources. Proven record and achievements in launching and implementing sizeable HR ERP applications such as SAP Success Factor PeopleStrong Workplace Qlik Sense etc. Experience with Core HR Comp Talent Recruiting Learning Benefits Absence Management & Time Tracking. Dual understanding of business procedures and practices in addition to the technical aspects of systems. Experience in Scrum and agile methodologies with the ability to successfully execute business systems initiatives utilizing these methodologies and tools. Excellent project management skills. Experience with preparation and leading system integrations and user acceptance testing. Extensive understanding of endtoend functional HR business processes. Ability to work independently and manage time and priorities effectively
