Job Title:IT Recruiter
Location:Indore (MP)
Experience Required:1 to 3 years
Job Type:Fulltime
- Source screen and recruit top IT talent through various channels.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create candidate pipelines.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire hiring process from posting job ads to onboarding.
- Stay updated on IT trends and recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and maintain accurate records in ATS.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment with knowledge of technical roles.
- Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.
