Job Overview We are hiring a Senior Recruiter with proven experience in US NonIT Staffing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing screening and placing candidates for fulltime direct hire roles across various NonIT divisions. This is an onsite position based in Madhapur Hyderabad with no remote or cab facility.
Key Responsibilities - Manage the endtoend recruitment lifecycle for US NonIT roles including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Work across diverse industries such as Construction Healthcare Manufacturing Logistics Legal and Retail.
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for fulltime direct hire roles.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Leverage job boards like Monster Indeed LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms for sourcing top talent.
- Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct prescreening calls and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and other terms of employment with candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights to clients.
- Maintain compliance with US labor laws and hiring practices.
Qualifications & Skills - Minimum of 4 years of experience in US NonIT Staffing for fulltime direct hire roles.
- Strong experience in recruiting for NonIT divisions such as Construction Healthcare Logistics Legal and other sectors.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and job boards like Monster Indeed LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent understanding of the US job market labor laws and hiring practices.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an onsite setup.
