Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and placing qualified IT professionals in various technical roles within the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates using job boards social media and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of IT roles technologies and trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
