Position: US IT Recruiter

Work Location: Trichy (Work from office)
Shift Timings: Night shift (6:30 PM to 4:00 AM)
Training Period: 12 weeks (No stipend during training)
Trainee Agreement: 1 year with a payback clause
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze US clients requirements and understand their expectations through detailed communications such as prospect emails.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and strong comprehension skills for effective hiring.
- Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing screening and onboarding candidates.
- Design and post engaging job posters on various job portals to attract suitable candidates.
- Develop targeted keywords based on job descriptions to enhance search results.
- Source and screen resumes using various recruitment methods including Boolean searches and social media platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in the IT industry including new technologies and indemand skills.
- Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate information.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- Train and mentor new joiners to familiarize them with the companys systems and processes.
Essential Qualifications:
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in using job portals like LinkedIn Monster and Dice.
- Expertise in Boolean search methods for effective candidate sourcing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detailoriented with the ability to analyze and comprehend complex requirements.
- Knowledge of social media platforms for candidate sourcing and employer branding.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
- Targetoriented with a commitment to achieving performance goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Rs 144000 per annum CTC (with potential increases based on interview performance).
- Performancebased earnings between Rs 1000 to Rs 6000.

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience in resume writing, content creation, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
