Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Job Location: Somajiguda HYD
Mode of Interview: Video
Job Duration: FTE
Timings: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Monday to Friday
Job Description:
. Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Recruiter is mainly responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities for our clients.
- Review and analyse active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions.
- Utilizes multiple internet resources including social networking techniques to source candidates.
- Conduct phone and inperson interviews to evaluate candidates fit and technical competence.
- Responsible for work on Contracts Permanent positions.
- Wellversed in US Terms like W2 C2C 1099 US Visas etc.
- Extensive experience in handling a complete US recruitment life cycle.
- Handson experience in endtoend recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
- Excellent communications must.
