Overview:
The US IT Recruiter plays a crucial role in sourcing screening and hiring qualified IT professionals to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This position is essential in ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent to support its IT projects and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have Experience of 1 to 3 years
- Source and attract candidates through online channels (e.g. job boards social platforms)
- Review and analyze resumes to identify potential matches
- Conduct prescreening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate technical interviews with IT teams
- Negotiate and provide salary recommendations to hiring managers
- Manage candidates information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Stay updated on IT industry trends and market conditions
- Participate in job fairs and networking events to build a talent pipeline
- Collaborate with external recruiters and staffing agencies when necessary
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in HR Business IT or related field
- Proven work experience as a US IT Recruiter or similar role
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring IT professionals
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent knowledge of IT roles skills and technical requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Experience in using social media and professional networks for recruitment
- Certification in HR or recruitment is a plus
