Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team at our Kukatpally Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will have 56 years of experience in US IT recruitment with a proven track record of sourcing screening and placing candidates across a range of IT roles. This is a fulltime officebased position with a competitive salary and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
EndtoEnd Recruitment:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Sourcing Candidates:
Utilize job boards social media platforms internal databases referrals and other sourcing methods to identify suitable candidates.
Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools for candidate management.
Screening and Shortlisting:
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate skills qualifications and cultural fit.
Present shortlisted candidates to clients or internal teams with detailed profiles and recommendations.
Client and Candidate Coordination:
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication between clients and candidates.
Negotiate compensation packages ensuring alignment with client and candidate expectations.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the US IT industry.
Build and maintain a network of professionals for current and future opportunities.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with US labor laws and hiring regulations.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
56 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles including software development cloud computing data analytics cybersecurity and networking.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact effectively with clients candidates and internal teams.
Tools Proficiency:
Handson experience with job portals (e.g. Dice Monster CareerBuilder) ATS and other recruitment tools.
Negotiation Skills:
Proven ability to negotiate salary benefits and other terms with candidates and clients.
Other Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
