Requirements
1 *Dispatching Operations: *
Manage incoming transportation requests from clients drivers or carriers.
Allocate resources efficiently to meet delivery demands.
Optimize routes for time and cost efficiency.
2 *Route Planning and Optimization: *
Use routing software to plan and optimize delivery routes.
Consider traffic distance and delivery windows to ensure ontime deliveries and fuel efficiency.
3 *Communication and Coordination: *
Maintain constant communication with drivers carriers and customers.
Provide updates on delivery status and address any issues or changes promptly.
4 *Monitor and Track Deliveries: *
Use tracking systems to monitor deliveries in realtime.
Identify and resolve potential disruptions or delays.
5 *Customer Service: *
Address inquiries complaints and feedback from clients or customers promptly and professionally.
6 *Compliance and Documentation: *
Complete and file all necessary paperwork and documentation related to shipments and logistics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
7 *Problem Solving: *
Respond to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic incidents or mechanical breakdowns.
Make decisions to mitigate disruptions and maintain operational efficiency.
8 *Data Analysis: *
Collect and analyze data related to transportation operations.
Identify trends opportunities for improvement and costsaving measures.
*Requirements: *
Bachelor s Degree; additional education or certifications in logistics or transportation management is a plus.
Proven minimum 1 year experience in a dispatching or logistics role preferably in the logistics industry.
Strong geographical knowledge of the United States and its road networks.
Familiarity with routing and tracking software tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently.
Problemsolving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and data management.

Professional development opportunities
Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator or any other similar role. Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular). Hands-on experience with any CRM software. Organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude. Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a US Accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and US GAAP. Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho, NetSuite, and Bill.com. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities. High ethical standards with the ability to maintain confidentiality. CPA certification or progress towards CPA is highly preferred.
