We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Customer Support Representative with experience in voicebased support for US customers specifically in the
mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of customer service practices excellent communication skills and a passion for providing topnotch assistance. You will be the primary point of contact for customers assisting them with their mortgage inquiries providing support and ensuring an exceptional service experience.
Key Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in USbased customer support or mortgage voice support preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage services (e.g. home loans refinancing interest rates etc.) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- Strong customer service orientation with a problemsolving mindset.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
- Knowledge of USbased customer support practices and regulations is a plus.
