We are looking for experienced endtoend recruiters who can:
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates interest personality and salary expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews liaising between hiring managers candidates and interviewers.
- Perform market research to analyze hiring trends competitor strategies and recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain longterm relationships with passive candidates.
- Source potential candidates through job portals.
- Operate Ceipal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) efficiently.
- Screen resumes using standardized techniques to assess candidates skills qualifications and experience based on job requirements.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international/US/North American recruitment.
- Experience with CEIPAL ATS is an advantage.
- Proven experience in interviewing and assessing potential hires.
- Experience recruiting for various industries is desirable.
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics to drive hiring decisions.
- Prior experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and databases to connect with potential candidates.
- Ability to effectively communicate the companys values and answer technical hiring queries.
- Excellent analytical presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to new technologies and evolving business environments.
