Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This is a work from home position offering the flexibility to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and possess excellent communication skills. As an Accounts Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing screening and recruiting candidates for accounting positions within our organization. You will play a key role in identifying top accounting talent and facilitating the hiring process. If you are a selfmotivated individual with a passion for recruiting and a solid understanding of accounting principles we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with relevant sourcing and recruiting tools
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Accounting Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
