Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a key multinational account or a portion of an account depending on the size and scale within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industries with the primary objective of delivering profitable growth.
- Must have experience in Life Sciences and the US Healthcare payer/provider industry.
- Experience with Indian GCC is essential along with the ability to hunt for new business opportunities.
- Manage client relationships with key decisionmakers focusing on expanding existing strategic accounts.
- Responsible for achieving the yearly revenue growth targets.
- Collaborate with presales solutioning and delivery teams both onsite and offshore during the rampup phase ensuring value delivery to clients during the steady state.
- Drive dealshaping concepts and independently lead proactive solution development for the account.
- Facilitate workshops alongside technical architects and maintain strong relationships with key client executives.
- Develop and execute an account strategy that aligns with customer priorities and the competitive landscape; support ideation and drive revenue through verticalspecific solutions IP and nonlinear technology areas; establish governance aligned with the client s business units geographical spread and service line potential.
- Work with delivery partners to set delivery metrics and targets ensuring customer excellence.
- Negotiate account management contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Over 10 years of experience in sales particularly in Digital Customer Experience transformation and IT Services within Tier 1 competitive organizations with a track record of managing Fortune 500 clients.
- Proven experience in achieving revenue targets in the range of USD 810 million.
- Expertise in crossselling and upselling a variety of service lines to existing customers.
- Strong understanding of technology and industryspecific platforms enabling the development of competitive tailored solutions.
- Skilled in generating and presenting proposals both proactively and in response to RFPs RPQs and RFIs.
- Extensive experience collaborating closely with Senior Directors/Managers as well as Procurement and Vendor Management teams.
