Job Description
- Manager: Up to MYR 8000 Commission
- Director: Up to MYR 10000 Commission
- Formulate strategic plans to identify target and clinch corporate clients
- Expand clientele base through active acquisition of new clients
- Draw up networking proposals customized to individual sector
- Liaison between client designer and other parties leading up to the project ensuring client s requirements are met and exceeded
- Prepare sales and marketing materials
- Achieve and Deliver Sales Target
- Ensure all drawings and proposals are generated on time
- Support in all aspects of Sales activities
- Manage and maintain customer relationship
- Collate and evaluate customer feedback and highlight customer complaints from customers for management analysis
Requirements
- Degree in Business or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in the corporate design industry
- A passion for design. Prior related experience in the corporate industry.
- An individual with pride passion and one that garners satisfaction from a job well done
- Driven personality and a good team leader
- Excellent communication interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Ability to think strategically
- Aware of quality occupational health & safety management system processes and key requirements
