Job Description:
BI Dashboard & Reporting Development:
- Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI that provide insights into sales inventory marketing performance and other key business metrics.
- Use Power BI to integrate data from various sources including Salesforce ERP systems and external data sources ensuring that dashboards are intuitive accurate and insightful.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and opportunities for process improvement revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Conduct adhoc analysis as needed to support strategic business initiatives and help solve business challenges.
Salesforce Expertise:
- Leverage Salesforce CRM data to create reports and dashboards that enhance sales forecasting performance analysis and customer insights.
- Ensure Salesforce data is accurately integrated with other business systems for cohesive reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders department heads and other key stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions that meet those needs.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear concise manner to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Assist in setting up training and best practices for Power BI users across the organization.
FMCG Business Insight:
- Apply a deep understanding of FMCG operations including sales forecasting demand planning distribution and marketing effectiveness to generate actionable business insights.
- Track and report on key FMCG KPIs (e.g. sales growth market share stock turn promotional effectiveness) and assist in performance reviews.
Job Responsibilities:
- Would be involved in EndtoEnd lifecycle of the Dashboards/reports:
- Interfacing with relevant stakeholders and users on understanding of the data flow and usage between applications.
- Support gathering requirements and Consultation / Solution Design.
- Should be able to communicate effectively during the development phase.
- Conducts and leads UAT Troubleshooting and Resolution.
- Enduser Engagement: Communication and Education.
Salary Package:
- Earn up to RM 4500.
- 15 days Annual Leave.
