Job Description
Open Position: Business Analyst Functional (Telecommunication Service Provider)
A Telecommunication Service Provider is currently hiring for Business Analyst to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
- More than 5 years working experience as Business Analyst working closely with local and regional stakeholders
- Good experience in technical business analysis gathering business requirements and translate into functional specification to develop IT solutions to the Telecommunication corporate clients
- Passionate in the latest technology relate to Business Analytics Software Entertainment Telecommunication and consistently exploring new ways to bring in the latest innovations and digitalbased transformation into the client s business and operations
- Good experience in design development testing and deployment of new reporting structure workflow and updates to the management team
- Strong ability to analyse complex business processes with good conceptualisation and problemsolving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills to lead both functional and technical discussions as well as providing training whenever required
- A team player with strong communication and presentation skills
