Functional Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to a large multiyear portfolio of work. This role requires a deep understanding of business analysis methods tools and techniques with the ability to select adapt and adopt the most appropriate approaches for each task.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enduser technology implementation (e.g. M365) data migration and systems decommissioning. You will collaborate with stakeholders to extract and document current and future state business processes facilitate workshops and elicit requirements to ensure comprehensive understanding and documentation of business needs.

Additionally you will develop and deliver effective business solutions create professional business cases and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Applying Agile/SCRUM methodologies to deliver projects efficiently and effectively will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience with Agile / SCRUM delivery methodologies and technologies.
• M365 design and implementation experience required.
• Demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure projects within large and complex organisations.
• Strong professional writing skills including business case development.
• Proven experience in workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation.
• Ability to solve problems work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Higher education sector experience desirable.
• Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g. IIBA CBAP) and Agile qualifications (e.g. Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master CSPO SAFe Agilist) desirable.
