Our client is a leading insurance company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Formulate a sales strategy and initiatives preparing a Distribution Business Plan for approval by the Head of Distribution Planning.
- Propose key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to assess sales quality and quantity particularly for the Agency Channel.
- Regularly track and report sales progress across various timeframes (annual quarterly monthly weekly) highlighting significant points for the Head of Distribution Planning.
- Communicate findings with relevant teams and regional units.
- Oversee all salesrelated data management including collection storage and cleansing.
- Ensure that sales and incentive compensation programs align with strategic objectives while adhering to internal compliance standards.
- Document and recommend effective controls for the sales compensation process.
- Manage the approved Distribution budget for the Agency Channel.
- Collect analyze and evaluate market emulation policy information to inform strategic decisions.
- Innovate compensation initiatives in collaboration with senior management to maintain competitive practices that support business goals.
- Contribute to designing and implementing all aspects of sales incentives trips contests and compensation planning focused on agency channels.
- Lead major compensation projects including redesigns of sales compensation plans competitive market research and implementation of new tools for the Agency Channel.
- Develop and manage distribution recognition programs such as quarterly and annual CEO awards for the Agency Channel.
- Design and launch various schemes contests and compensation policies on a monthly quarterly yearly or ad hoc basis.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of sales contest assessments to evaluate effectiveness.
- Monitor business quality in coordination with Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Business Officer.
- Provide data analysis KRIs and risk management support to CBO and CAO for performance improvement.
- Act as the liaison for distribution projects involving collaboration with Agency HR Product Operations IT legal and compliance teams regarding sales policies and support initiatives.
- Ensure timely execution of action plans related to insurance law changes affecting distribution agency items.
- Undertake various tasks assigned by the Head of Distribution Planning as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Over 2 years of experience in sales compensation design administration analysis or relevant consulting; capable of providing guidance on various compensation structures including variable incentive direct and executive compensation for Agency Channels.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong administrative organizational and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to comprehend sales processes and compensation principles.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in presenting complex subjects; adept at negotiating to achieve reasonable solutions with stakeholders.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining effective relationships influencing decisions and managing change at senior management levels.
- Proactive and able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Possess strategic thinking and change management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to the demands of a startup environment.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
