Job Description

Our client a topnotch company focused on the technology industry is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.


  • Manage the overall training plan develop an annual training plan for new employees and organize training sessions according to the established schedule.

  • Prepare the annual budget plan for activities follow up and organize activities as outlined and generate ideas for events to enhance communication among employees.

  • Act as a liaison between the labor union and the company including organizing quarterly and adhoc meetings and supporting the union in their activities.

  • Lead meetings when complaints arise gather information and address complaints accordingly.

  • Manage the company s portal network system and cafeteria information board. Oversee the information posted on the website handle all announcements directed by the General Director and manage news related to labor relations.

  • Participate in internal and external evaluations related to training employee relations and complaints.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s Degree in HR Law or closely related fields.

  • Fluent in Chinese.

  • At least 3 years of experience as labor relations specialist/ manager or equivalent roles.

  • Proficient in office software.

  • Energetic and outgoing.

Good computer skills and familiarity with database management. Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication. Strong experience in B2B Sales, especially in the academy field. Experience in academy services related to TIC products is a plus. Knowledge of both traditional and modern training techniques (such as mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, classroom instruction, e-learning, workshops, etc.). Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and people management abilities. Results-oriented and capable of working independently under high pressure.

Education

A bachelor's degree in marketing, education, business, or a related field.
