Our client a fast growing company specialized in the real estate industry is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
In this role the person in charge is expected to establish organize manage and operate all activities of the Interior Estimation Department.
Manage and oversee estimation tasks:
Serve as the primary contact for receiving project information from the sales department. Manage coordinate and assign tasks to staff within the estimation department.
Directly read drawings perform quantity takeoffs calculate estimated costs and complete bidding documents for projects.
Proactively collaborate with other departments (design purchasing production) to ensure the accuracy and reasonableness of estimated figures.
Review documents drawings and quantities. Determine material types and identify special costs to include in pricing.
Propose suitable material conversion options.
Address unforeseen circumstances ensuring projects are executed efficiently.
Establishing and controlling estimates:
Set standards processes and estimation methods for large projects.
Develop and maintain a database of costs material prices and construction expenses.
Forecast and analyze costs related to processes labor and inventory. Monitor changes in processes or methods to assess their impact on overall costs.
Analyze design changes in products update materials and adjust production to determine their effect on costs.
Identify standard costs and investigate discrepancies with actual expenses.
Estimate production costs for both existing and new products.
Conduct market analysis and competitor assessments to advise BOD on pricing strategies and profit margins.
Propose measures to improve and optimize project costs and profitability.
Recruitment Management Training and Development Direction for the Department:
Develop plans for task assignment and personnel arrangement to ensure efficiency quality and adherence to deadlines.
Train and support employees to successfully complete their assigned tasks gradually enhancing their capabilities. Recognize each employees strengths and create conditions that foster their development.

Bachelors degree in Construction Architecture Interior Design or related fields.
Age under 40.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Strong skills in job management personnel management training and staff development.
Independent resultsoriented able to work well under pressure good analytical thinking.
