Job Description

Team Development: Recruit and build a strong investment banking team.
Client Relations: Establish and nurture relationships with clients identifying opportunities to consult on corporate bond issuance (source deals).
Advisory Services: Provide comprehensive advisory services for corporate bond issuance including customer due diligence contract negotiations deal structuring creating teasers and securing investors.
Investment Opportunities: Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in corporate bonds that align with objectives.
Investment Committee Participation: Actively participate in the Investment Committee contributing to the appraisal and decisionmaking process for corporate bond investments.
Process Improvement: Regularly review and enhance the advisory and operational processes within the Investment Banking Department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Network Development: Maintain and expand relationships with businesses banks financial institutions fund management companies and other entities involved in corporate bond activities and Investment Banking.
Requirements
More than 8 years of professional working experience with at least 3 years focused on corporate bond issuance advisory within a securities company.
University degree or Master degree in finance banking business administration or related field.
CFA certificate is highly preferred.
