H ng Y n Interior Design Manager

Our client a fast growing company specialized in the real estate industry is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

In this role the person in charge is expected to take responsibilities for 3 task groups: Responsible for all designrelated work; Recruit manage and train department personnel; and Propose initiatives and solutions to BOD.

Implement technical construction drawings (shop drawings):

• Managing large and complex projects.
  

• Proactively collaborate and consult with the design department and management of real estate investors as well as diplomatic clients.
  

• Work directly with the technical and production teams at the manufacturing facility and the installation department to resolve practical issues that arise during implementation.
  

Concept Design and Visualization:

• Design projects include model apartments residential units townhouses offices lobbies etc. primarily for real estate investors and the company s diplomatic clients.
  

• Work directly with investors to provide consultation finalize designs solutions materials and construction pricing.
  

Create material sample sheets and BOQ for project products:

• Gather information organize layouts and present material sample sheets for the company s projects.
  

• Review and verify the BOQ during the project implementation process.
  

• Collaborate with the sales department and other departments to successfully sell projects and facilitate production and installation.
  

Measure and survey the current condition of the construction:

• Conduct measuring and surveying work for project conditions: model apartments personal orders diplomatic orders mass production projects etc.
  

• Compile information and represent the current condition drawings using AutoCAD software.
  

Recruitment Management Training and Development Direction for the Department:

• Develop plans for task assignment and personnel arrangement to ensure efficiency quality and adherence to deadlines.
  

• Train and support employees to successfully complete their assigned tasks gradually enhancing their capabilities. Recognize each employees strengths and create conditions that foster their development.
  

Update and stay informed on new design trends therefore propose recommendations to the BOD for improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Design Architecture or Interior Design.
  

• Age under 40.
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position including experience in implementing largescale interior projects.
  

• Proficient in AutoCAD 3D Max SketchUp etc.
  

• Strong skills in job management personnel management training and staff development.
  

• Ability to work well under pressure effectively organize tasks good critical thinking skills.
