Advise the Management on the development of organizational structure human resources development strategy and operational activities of the company.
Plan human resources and develop annual staffing plans which align with the companys strategy.
Manage the annual recruitment budget and implement recruitment programs as well as handle employee termination processes.
Establish KPIs system collective labor agreements reward and discipline regulations and implement them effectively.
Prepare the annual training budget organize training activities and conduct evaluations after training sessions.
Develop competency framework and career development programs and succession planning for employees.
Oversee salary policies social insurance and other welfare benefits for employees.
Develop a suitable working environment to build corporate culture as well as resolve employee complaints and incidents.
Administration
Manage employment contracts and documents in accordance with legal regulations.
Develop and implement asset management methods for the management of document handling and storage systems compliant with ISO standards.
Oversee HSE implementation while coordinating 5S activities to enhance workplace organization and efficiency.
Collaborate with the Marketing Department to hold employee welfare activities and internal events to foster a positive corporate culture.
Others
Manage and oversee the operations of the HR Department at the office ensuring effective delegation and employee performance within the management scope.
Guide and train employees on professional skills work methods and task management.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Management.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Law or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in the HR Manager role.
Good computer skills.
Able to use English in communication.
Comprehensive knowledge in HR strong HR skill set and deep knowhow in Labor Code PIT etc.
Proactive and determined.
