The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy with a focus on content creation digital and offline advertising and corporate identity. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness driving engagement and supporting sales growth through targeted marketing initiatives across all channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to align with business goals and drive sales.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure marketing plans support both retail and wholesale objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources for maximum impact and ROI.
Content Creation & Management
- Oversee the creation of highquality engaging content for digital platforms social media email campaigns and print materials.
- Develop content calendars and manage internal/external resources (copywriters designers videographers) to produce compelling marketing assets.
- Ensure all content reflects the companys brand identity values and messaging.
Corporate Identity & Brand Management
- Lead initiatives to enhance and maintain the companys corporate identity and ensure consistent use of branding across all channels.
- Ensure all marketing collateral from packaging to advertisements adheres to corporate branding guidelines.
- Drive brand consistency and ensure that messaging is aligned with the companys mission and vision.
Digital Advertising & Campaigns
- Lead the development of digital marketing campaigns including paid search (SEO/SEM) display advertising email marketing and social media marketing.
- Monitor and optimise digital advertising performance using analytics tools adjusting strategies to improve engagement traffic and conversions.
- Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies ensuring that campaigns are costeffective and reach target audiences.
Offline Advertising & Promotions
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns including print radio outdoor advertising and instore promotions.
- Collaborate with retail partners to develop and implement pointofsale materials brochures posters and other promotional materials.
- Coordinate marketing events product launches and instore activations to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
Customer Insights & Data Analytics
- Leverage market research and customer data to refine marketing strategies and create targeted campaigns that resonate with specific audiences.
- Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve marketing initiatives.
Team Management & Leadership
- Manage and mentor the marketing team fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and high performance.
- Ensure the marketing team meets KPIs and project deadlines while maintaining a focus on innovation and quality.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales operations and product development to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with external vendors agencies and media outlets to support marketing initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications (or related field)
- 5 years of marketing experience ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Strong experience in content creation corporate branding digital advertising and offline campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in managing digital and traditional marketing initiatives from concept to execution.
- Proven ability to manage marketing budgets and analyse performance data to optimize spend.

- Branding & Corporate Identity: Strong understanding of corporate identity and brand management.
