Position : Sales and Marketing Specialist
Working Hours : MF 9AM6PM EST
Salary Range : SA $1500$2500/month
: PH $1000$1700/month
Regions : SA and PH

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales & Marketing Expert to join our growing startup. This role will focus on generating new business nurturing leads and supporting sales and marketing efforts across multiple ventures. The ideal candidate will be proactive highly organized and capable of juggling various tasks while driving both sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & CRM Management:
- Prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Establish and maintain a CRM to manage contacts followups and sales pipeline.
- Track and report on call outcomes and progress.
- Cold Email Outreach:
- Craft personalized cold emails to prospects aiming to secure meetings or calls.
- Follow up on email outreach and track engagement.
- Social Media Outreach:
- Conduct outreach on LinkedIn and Twitter to generate leads connect with prospects and build relationships.
- Manage social media interactions and track responses.
- Sales and Marketing Support:
- Assist with other adhoc sales and marketing tasks as needed (e.g. creating sales collateral drafting blog posts running ad campaigns).
- Collaborate on both shortterm and longterm marketing strategies to drive brand awareness
- Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 35 years of experience in sales marketing or a similar role.
- Proven track record in cold calling email outreach and generating leads.
- Experience with CRM platforms and social media engagement.
- Experience in both sales and marketing roles within startups or tech companies.
- Proficient with marketing tools social media platforms and general office software.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Personal Traits:
- Detailoriented with excellent followup skills.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Ability to adapt to new tasks and challenges quickly.
