Job Description: Senior Operation Manager BPO
Location: Durban South Africa
Job Type: Fulltime
Number of Openings: 1
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of BPO functions to ensure highquality service delivery.
- Manage and optimize call center operations for USA campaigns to meet performance metrics.
- Lead a team of medium to large FTEs providing guidance and support to enhance productivity.
- Implement performance management strategies including goal setting and monitoring.”
- Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of operational objectives and client needs.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify training and development opportunities for team members to foster a motivated workplace.
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 11 years of relevant experience in BPO and call center operations.
- Proven track record in managing teams and achieving operational goals.
- Strong understanding of performance management principles and practices in a BPO environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in managing USA based campaigns is highly advantageous.
- Prior experience in operations management within a BPO setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams effectively.
