Job Purpose
The Continuous Improvement Manager will assess monitor and drive sustainable changes that enhance performance across client operations in an offshoring environment. The role involves analyzing current processes and activities recommending improvements and implementing operational changes in collaboration with the business and clients utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies among other techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthening client operations by driving sustainable continuous improvement activities across the business.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to conduct root cause analyses and applying Lean Six Sigma techniques to identify improvement opportunities.
- Leading efforts to implement sustainable improvement initiatives within client operations.
- Facilitating workshops and projects focused on reviewing processes and developing future continuous improvement roadmaps.
- Fostering a bottomup culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Essential Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma certifications (preferred).
- A University degree (optional).
