Job Description

Business Development Manager Renewable Energy Solutions
Location: Johannesburg South Africa
Job Type: FullTime OnSite

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth and innovation in the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining strong client relationships developing growth strategies and working collaboratively with internal teams to meet sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a passion for sustainable energy solutions and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
  • Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market share.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and achievement of sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop customized renewable energy solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from initial contact through to deal closure.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in business development and market research.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Indepth knowledge of the solar energy industry and renewable energy solutions.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decisionmaking.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Selfmotivated targetdriven and resultsoriented.
  • Experience with funding and financing solutions is an advantage.
