Position : Growth Marketing Manager
Working Schedule : 8a5p or 9a6p EST
Salary Range :$2000$3000 USD (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and resultsdriven Growth Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition engagement and retention efforts. In this role you will work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify growth opportunities execute marketing campaigns and optimize performance across various channels. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset creative problemsolving skills and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to meet business goals.
- Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital advertising email marketing social media and content.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive ROI.
- Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with product sales and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the market.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of proven experience in a growth marketing or similar role.
- 3 years of experience in Klaviyo or a similar tool.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads Facebook Ads analytics tools).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with datadriven decisionmaking.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a focus on problemsolving.
