Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Outbound Calling)

Job Description: We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR you will be responsible for generating new leads and opportunities through outbound calls emails and other communication channels. You will play a critical role in the growth of our business by engaging potential clients qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities: - Outbound Outreach: Actively conduct outbound calls to prospects identify new business opportunities and qualify leads.
- CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot for tracking communication and leads managing the sales pipeline and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Email Marketing: Enroll and engage prospects in targeted email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
- Prospecting: Identify and target potential leads using tools like ZoomInfo and other leadgeneration platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executive team to hand off qualified leads and set up meetings.
- Reporting: Track and report progress on sales activities goals and metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Constantly improve outreach strategies and learn new sales techniques to enhance lead generation efforts.
Qualifications: Experience & Skills: - Sales Tools: Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms. Familiarity with ZoomInfo is a plus.
- Outbound Sales Experience: Prior experience in outbound calling BDR (Business Development Representative) or sales development is preferred.
- Cold Calling: Experience handling rejection and maintaining composure during cold calls.
- Lead Qualification: Ability to assess the quality of leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Fluency in English: Must have a C1 level of English proficiency (Advanced).
- Learning Aptitude: Must have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our systems products and sales process.
- Preferred: Engineering Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering terminology and the ability to speak to manufacturers in the US who use industryspecific jargon (this is beneficial but not required).
