We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development / Sales Executive in the IT / Tech / Fintech industry. In this role you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth through innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking cold calling and other prospecting strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
- Present promote and sell IT products/services (e.g. software hardware etc.).
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales pitches.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and service agreements with clients.
- Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends technologies and competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical marketing customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT or technology sales (software hardware etc.).
- Strong understanding of IT products and solutions with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical clients.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
- Goaloriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field (preferred but not essential).
