Job Description

Provide basic housekeeping duties.
Maintain facility in a sanitary and infectionfree condition through washing cleaning and replacement of equipment and furnishings.
Responsible for completion of work orders for tasks related to the physical maintenance and repairs of the assigned buildings utilizing work order related software programs
Responsible for implementing routine physical improvements
Respond to emergency situations in accordance with departmental protocol
Assist Supervisor in establishing and maintaining all equipment tools supplies in stock inventories and logs
Assist with controlling expenses associated with the operation of the buildings.
Communicate effectively to appropriate individual building status and changes
Adhere to all safety standards policies & procedures codes of conduct and best practices
Utilize materials supplies tools and other building property in a safe productive manner
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned



Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure teamwork and positive client/tenant/coworker relations
Be able to take direction and follow instructions
Must be safety conscious
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure accuracy and timely completion
24 hour availability for emergencies and as part of an oncall rotation.
Willingness to work overtime on special projects as required.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn
Have working knowledge of tools and their proper use
