Duties and Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer service and support to our tenants via phone and email.
- Address and resolve tenant inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities through engaging and persuasive communication.
- Conduct outbound calls to collect rent from delinquent accounts.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of tenant interactions and transactions in our system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and tenant satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements: - Has exceptional English with minimal accent to no.
- 3 years of experience in a customer service role preferably over the phone.
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software.
- Reliable access to a highquality computer and a stable highspeed internet connection.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
