Job Description

Position: Wholesale Lead Generation and Virtual Assistant
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine time
Pay Range : USD 1100 to 1200 (depending on qualifications and skills)
Company/Client Overview:
A USbased brand of allnatural sports supplements
Responsibilities:

Lead generation using effective outreach tools including:
-
RangeMe
-
Alibaba
-
Past Wholesale clients
-
Cold:
-
Bought emails lists
-
Google search
-
-
-
Prospect nurture sequences
-
Add new leads to HubSpot lists as they come in from website/Faire/etc.
-

Submitting brand/products on RangeMe
-
Get all products fully loaded onto Brand page
-
-
Putting together spec sheets for new wholesalers on request
-
Send Emails to smallmedium size chains
-
Se contact info and record who we send to/responses
-
-
Go through other Ecommerce Channels and ensure all products are uploaded
-
Where there are products delisted find error and resolve
-
Requirements:
-
At least 2 years of prior experience
-
Competence with online software and tools (e.g. Gmail Google Sheets Google Docs)

Familiarity with CRM systems
-
Proficient typing skills
-
Great communication skills
-
Effective listening skills
