Job Description
Position : Data Research and Quality Analyst
Work Hours (Client) : 8 hours per day 3hour overlap with 9am to 7pm CET (Central European Time)
Holidays : US holidays or local holidays up 12 holidays per year
Pay Range : $1000 $1500/month (depending on experience interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly detailoriented Data Research and Quality Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for conducting manual research verifying data accuracy and maintaining the quality and integrity of our datasets. Your keen eye for detail and analytical skills will play a crucial role in ensuring our data meets the highest standards.
- Conduct manual research to gather data from various sources.
- Perform thorough validation checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Identify document and resolve inconsistencies errors or data quality issues.
- Collaborate with team members to address datarelated challenges and implement quality improvements.
- Conduct routine quality audits and maintain data hygiene.
- Generate reports to communicate findings and suggest actionable insights.
- Maintain and update databases with clean accurate and reliable information.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: 13 years in data science data analysis data research data quality or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Excel (e.g. advanced formulas pivot tables).
- Proficiency in SQL (e.g. writing and editing of queries data exports)..
- Strong logical reasoning and problemsolving skills.
- High level of accuracy and a commitment to maintaining data quality.
- Ability to clearly present findings and collaborate effectively with others.
- Comfortable performing routine tasks while staying focused and efficient.
