13th month pay .5 annual bonus
Responsibilities:
- Assist with defining and shaping the companys requirements and business processes that may be found in various backoffice areas.
- Act as a spokesperson for the firm and assist with clarification of the needs.
- Support the development of potential solutions in alignment with the overall Transformation Programme Director.
- Assist the transformation team in developing implementing and overseeing a program that will improve efficiency across all backoffice operations including contract loading customer support finance data entry mapping and administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Management Information Systems or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with 2 years in the banking industry.
- Proven background in owning endtoend process of BRD (Business Requirement Documents); from Initiation/Planning to Execution/Implementation and Closure if applicable.
- Experienced digital banking project/s such as mobile/web banking apps or digital payment platforms are required.
- Ability to document and negotiate company requirements for backoffice functions.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Can start immediately if possible.
