Job Title: Sales & Business Development Head
Level: Midlevel.
Role/ Function: Managing the Overall Sales Budget for the company End to End for all varieties of flexible laminates paper boxes and Corrugated packaging & selfadhesive labels options.
KAM role for Major Customers
Developing and acquiring new customers.
Role Objective: The role envisages understanding the technicalities of the Flexible Packaging & Laminates Business end to end and drive the Sales targets for the unit so as to glide the business to its next levels. He is required to manage all types of Customers Big or small and aggressive in expanding the business to new geographies & new MNC customers and good at retaining the old Customers as well.
The incumbent will be based out of OTA/ LAGOS. He is expected to play a key role in increasing the market share of STL in NIGERIA.
Principal Accountability This position will have the overall accountability to:
Ensure the monthly quarterly and yearly sales targets are set for all
the team members mutually agreed
Have a consistent and aggressive new customer acquisition plan
Retain Customers with a regular product application proposition
Monitor and drive the sales on regular basis
To train and develop local sales staff
Requirements
Qualification: Graduate in Engineering with an MBA in Sales / Marketing.
Experience: He should have above 20 plus years of Business Development & sales experience in the Laminates & Paper packaging domain of which at least 5 years should be in the Nigerian Market via all channels.
